  • Important Notice: Please do not send your purchase back to the sender's address on the package. We will provide you with a specific local return shipping address and detailed instructions once your return is approved.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at support@shopnestvibe.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue immediately and send a free replacement or issue a full refund to make it right.

4. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, subject to the same return conditions outlined above.

5. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note that it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
